An SMS a day keeps your loved ones closer. SMS is a really amazing way to stay close and connected to your friends, family and business partners for that matter. It is a very popular way of communicating nowadays as it is quick, easy and best of all, inexpensive. If you are a serial texter but are not using templates yet, then you are only a halfway to become a Tocco Lite power-user. It is really easy and if you find you repeating yourself time after time, then it can be a real time-saver. Here is how to set one up.

In the main menu, just select Messages and then select Templates, followed by Text Templates. Now you have to choose Create and a new text template window will open. Add your text into the message box as usual and don’t forget to be creative. You don’t just have to write ‘I’m on my way to home’ or something similar. You can write a whole message but leave out key pieces of information like times or names, ready to be filled in quickly later on. Press Done and select Save, giving it a recognizable name. That’s it, now your template has been created. You can now send a message using a template:

As before, just select Messages from the main menu and select Create Message. After this, your desired message type, in this case it will obviously be an SMS. Then press More, Insert and finally the Text Template. Choose the template which fits your needs. Now you are an efficient SMS user.
